She has also taught museum and art education programs as a Curatorial Assistant/Museum Educator at the University of Notre Dame. She holds an MA in Art History from the University of Notre Dame and is ABD at Indiana University. Bentley is the director of the MSSU Spiva Art Gallery and is in charge of developing curriculum for community outreach. Christine Bentley is an Associate Professor of Art History at MSSU. She is on the board at the center & is a representative for the Missouri Art Association. She has both taught and developed art education programs for the community at the Spiva Art Center. Spiva Center for the Arts Education Committee in Joplin, MO. She has worked in public education for 10 years and has worked directly with the George A. Mintert has an ESED from Pittsburgh State university and is currently pursuing an EDD through Evangel University. Amber Mintert is an Assistant Professor of Art Education at MSSU.
