Bentley is the director of the MSSU Spiva Art Gallery and is in charge of developing curriculum for community outreach. Christine Bentley is an Associate Professor of Art History at MSSU. She is on the board at the center & is a representative for the Missouri Art Association. She has both taught and developed art education programs for the community at the Spiva Art Center.
